• No pets are allowed in the Hotel
• Guests are kindly requested to produce Passports with valid entry / exit visa or your identify card (for Vietnamese citizens) to the reception for check-in formalities. Each guest is required to submit your own official identification documents
• The hotel shall only be responsible for any of your valuable and money entrusted to the reception and having receipt. Please do not leave valuable items unattended in your guest room, function of meeting room, or the Hotel’s restaurant, lounge or lobby, Complimentary safety deposit boxes are available in Front Desk.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring weapon, explosive, inflammables, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, animals, bulky assets in to the Hotel.
• Illegal activities including gambling, prostitution or substance abuse are strictly prohibited in the Hotel.
• We do have breakfast and laundry services. It is 6:30AM to 09:30AM for breakfast; you are kindly requested not to do any cooking and laundry in the room
• Pleased make sure your room’s door and window are locked and no lighting. Your room key must be returned to the Receptionist before leaving the hotel. Any lost and damaged key will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas and / or balconies (after closing the door)
• Courtesy is expected at all times in common areas: First come first served; Give priority to pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly; Do not shout or make noise; Avoid disrespectful behaviors such as putting your feet on the chairs; Please manage your children in public areas.
• Guests are not allowed to move furniture and equipments from one room to another. They will liable to indemnify the Hotel at current prices for any losses, breakages or damages caused to assets
• Please return the room key cards to the Receptionist up on check out
• It is advised that valuables are kept in in-room safes or kept secure at Reception. The Hotel shall not be held legally responsible for any personal valuable that is lost, damaged or stolen in case Guests do not comply with the regulations.
• Cooking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms. Electrical devices must be used for their intended purposes.
• Kindly inform the Hotel in case guests have outside visitors. If guests wish the visitor to stay overnight in the room, please contact and register at Reception to pay the room fee according to the regulations of the Hotel.

Maximum number of extra bed is one (01) can be applied in Deluxe, Executive and VIP room.

Maximum one child under 12 years old can stay in room occupied by parents, using existing bed

Booking Policy:

• Rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong and subject to service charge and prevailing tax including breakfast for standard room occupants in each room type (Please refer to Room Capacity for details).
• Payment is made by Vietnam dong (VND) or in foreign currency shall be at prevailing official exchange Hotel’s rates, issued by Hanoi International Hotel at the date of payment and will be accepted Cash, Credit Card or bank transfer
• Reservations should not be considered as confirmed until guests receives confirmation from the Hotel. Telephone availability checks are not considered as a commitment for the reservation.
• Room preference (kind of bed, non smoking, etc) can be request upon reservation. However, it is subject to availability and confirmed by reservationist.
• “Extras” (telephone, laundry, mini bar, etc.) and other additional services consumed and/or ordered at the Hotel, must be paid directly by the customer at the Hotel upon departure.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time is 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability, the additional charge may apply for any early check-in before 14:00.
• Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). A half day rate will be charged for any check-out after 12:00 noon and a full night’s charge will apply for check-out after 18:00pm.

Children & Extra bed Policy

• Maximum one child under 12 years old can stay in room occupied by parents, using existing bed.
• Children under 06 years old stay for free, using existing bed.
• Children from 06 to 11 years old is required breakfast surcharge at 75,000 VND/day, using existing bed.
• Children from 12 years old are considered as adult and extra bed is required including breakfast.
• Surcharge for extra bed is at 400,000 VND/night, maximum one extra bed in each room.
• Surcharge is not included in the room price and required to settle directly at hotel. Please contact hotel reservation for further information.

Cancellation Policy

For Standard rate:

• If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
• If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged

For Hot Deal rate:

• At the time booking is made, booking cancellation at anytime is not accepted.
• No show of all bookings will incur full charge for length of stay.

CURRENCIES

• All room rates, and other Hotel Sevices charges are quoted in VND unless otherwise indicated. We also accepted: EURO, POUND, AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS, USD, YUAN.

Deposit Policy:

• All reservation must be guaranteed with a major card at the time of making booking.
• For the Standard rate booking, in order to secure the reservation, guest is required to pay to hotel a 100% deposit of total estimated revenue before the guest arrival at least 07 days.
• For Hot Deal booking, guest is required to pay to hotel a 100% deposit of total estimated revenue at the time of receving hotel booking confirmation.
• Hotel reserves absolute right to release all rooms not so guaranteed by payment of deposits within the time limit stated.

Force Majeure:

In case for any Force Majeure (shall mean any objective circumstance which is unforeseeable and unavoidable, including but not limited to strike, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, war, fire, flood, other emergency conditions, or any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the Hotel), it is impossible for the Hotel to perform its obligations hereunder, hotel will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses… that beyond our control.
